How natural capsules for strength and vitality fit a day
Four practical notes: when to take capsules, how they sit with meals and training, where to keep the bottle in Bali, and who should ask a doctor first.
Daily Use and Timing
Most of our formulas are taken with food, once or twice a day, following the manufacturer's recommendation printed on the label. Minerals generally absorb better with a meal. Pre-workout style formulas are usually taken 30 to 45 minutes before training, and anything intended to support sleep is taken in the evening. Do not double a dose to make up for a missed one. Consistency over weeks matters more than any single day.

Combining Supplements With Food and Exercise
Supplements support normal body functions; they do not replace meals or training. A daily vitamin alongside regular food is fine. A pre-workout formula alongside a training program is the intended use. What does not work is using a capsule to offset a poor diet or to compensate for skipped sleep. If you want one rule: take the supplement with the routine it belongs to, not in place of it.

Storage in Indonesia's Climate
Keep bottles closed and stored in a dry, shaded place, away from the stove and away from direct sunlight. Bathroom cabinets are a poor choice in Bali because of the humidity. If a capsule changes color, texture, or smell before its expiry date, stop using it. Each product page repeats the storage guidance for that specific formula, since some ingredients are more sensitive than others.

Safety and Who Should Ask a Doctor First
If you take prescription medication, have a diagnosed condition, or are preparing for surgery, speak to your doctor before starting any supplement. The same applies if you are unsure whether an ingredient interacts with something you already take. PrimaVita does not diagnose, prescribe, or give medical advice. We can tell you exactly what is in a product; a doctor is the right person to tell you whether it suits you.
